My Story
My name is Crystal Harper and I received my master's degree in instructional design and eLearning.
I started out as a school teacher and realized that my true passion was in instructional design for eLearning.
After attaining my master's degree and becoming an instructional designer, I realized that many new and aspiring instructional designers have not acquired the necessary skills to design proper online instruction.
I created this community so that I can help other instructional designers learn the skills without having to return to school.
I created a step-by-step plan called the HARPER Method to show others how to create effective eLearning courses that keep your learners actively engaged and mastering the online learning content.
I would love the chance to share my passion with you so you can learn all the skills to create an engaging and effective eLearning course from scratch.
